THIS YEARS “EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR” is ORVILLE NEMBHARD.  Orville had previously worked at Bryant Avenue in the late 1990’s.  Recently he returned to CBS in  January 2016 as a Weekday Nightshift DSP when we first opened Buckhorn.  Orville has had no call outs or lateness in the last year, a fact that is really appreciated by the afternoon/evening staff.  Orville’s supervisor, Jermaine Williams, values the fact  that Orville is a good role model, and as well as being extremely reliable, he is always willing to flex his time to meet the needs of the program.  He comes to work with a positive attitude and encourages the individuals that he supports to be as independent as possible. Orville’s dedication and positive attitude contributes to a quality of life for the individuals who reside at Buckhorn.
