    In 2014 CBS took steps towards implementation of an electronic record keeping system. The Therap system is aimed at increasing efficiency while transitioning the agency to a semi-paperless system.  

  • CQL

    In 2014 CBS rolled out a plan to become CQL compliant. Within one year we were able to have two staff become certified trainers and put over thirty staff through training to become CQL interviewers.

  • Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation

    CBS recently received a $7,000 award from the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation’s Allison Keller iPad Program. The purchase of iPads for a pilot program will be possible.
