CBS Expands Services to New Locations

  1. Map of CBS's programs in Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster, Rockland, and Orange Counties

CBS has had a 40-year history of profound growth which began with a single residence in Westchester County.  Over the years, CBS has extended its support of people with disabilities throughout the Hudson Valley region to Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, and Rockland counties.

Extending Services within the Empire State

We are excited to announce that CBS is now offering services in two new Empire State locations– the cities of Peekskill, located in northern Westchester County, and Newburgh in Orange County!

People in Peekskill and Newburgh are offered experiences designed to help them engage with and have an impact on their communities through recreational and volunteer opportunities. Trying new things, meeting new people, and exploring various community organizations through volunteer work are great ways to discover talents, passions, and possible career paths.  Additional Peekskill programs offer support in developing sought-after work skills and finding jobs.

Coming Soon: New Services!

New services are underway. Coming soon to Peekskill are programs that provide a break for caregivers as well as experiences designed to promote self-development and independence within one’s community.  Day programs with a focus on social and community engagement are also planned for Middletown and southeastern Orange County.
