Betty Rivadeneira
Director of Day Programs
Betty joined CBS in 2002 and brought with her 10 years of prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities in various roles. During her nearly 30 years of experience in the field, Betty has worked in both residential and clinical programs; holding positions as residential manager, residential program coordinator and clinical program coordinator, as well as fulfilling responsibilities with Incident Review, Human Rights Committee and as Administrator-On-Call. Betty is a CQL interviewer and a certified incident investigator. She is currently responsible for oversight of the CBS Day Habilitation without Walls Programs for the Hudson Valley and Taconic regions, the Certified Group Day Habilitation program in North Salem, NY, and the Cultivating Dreams agricultural program based in Hopewell Junction, NY.
