Transition Planning for Students with Big Dreams

Today, students have big dreams and even bigger goals for their adult lives after high school. For students with disabilities, transition planning is an important part of reaching these goals. However, knowing where to start can be overwhelming. The CBS transition planning team works with you to design a plan based on what you want for your life, eliminating the need to figure it out by yourself.

It’s not too early to get started. Don’t delay and start planning today. The Transition Resource Guide has all the information you need.

Transition Coordination increases awareness of options for career and vocational pursuits, higher education aspirations, day programs, and resources needed to design a plan to achieve each student’s goals.
