Director of Vocational Services

Avi joined Community Based Services in July 2020 as the Director of Vocational Services. He brings over 15 years of vocational, day habilitation, and residential experience. Avi received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University. He has an MBA with a concentration in Business Management along with a Post Master’s certificate in Business Continuity and Risk Management, from Iona College. As the Director of Vocational Services, he oversees all aspects of vocational services including Supported Employment (SEMP), Employment Training Program (ETP), Acces-VR, and is charged with developing and rolling out our Community Pre-voc program.
