Desiree Babich
Director of Compliance and Electronic Records
Desiree joined CBS in 2014. She previously worked with individuals with developmental disabilities in Early Intervention, as a Direct Support Professional, and in the medical field. Currently, she is responsible for overseeing the Compliance Department and electronic record-keeping. Since 2017, Desiree has been leading the Electronic Records department, providing training and ongoing support to all staff throughout the agency. Desiree has been collaborating with each department to establish compliance training, procedures, and organizational strategies to ensure the agency complies with state regulations.
Desiree holds an Associate Degree in Human Services, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and is expected to graduate in fall 2024 with a Master in Public Administration, Inspection, and Oversight (MPA-IO), focusing on Health Care Services-IO and Organizational Performance Assessment-IO.
Desiree is a CQL interviewer and a certified incident investigator.
