Melissa Zambri
Corporate Compliance Officer
Melissa is the agency’s corporate compliance officer. She is a practicing attorney, focusing her practice on corporate and regulatory compliance for the health care industry. She has been practicing law for over 20 years and has been counsel to many providers in the developmental disability field. Melissa is also an adjunct professor of management at Clarkson University’s Capital Regional Campus, teaching Legal Aspects of Health Care, and at Albany Law School, teaching Health Care and HIPAA Compliance. Melissa is a graduate of Albany Law School and Union College, where she concurrently received her JD, cum laude, and MBA in health systems administration. She is also a graduate of Siena College, where she graduated summa cum laude in finance. She was named as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Health Care Law from 2013-2021.
