Morgan has been working with the I/DD community since 2008, gaining extensive experience in residential and educational programs for children and adults. She previously held positions such as Residential Manager, Director of Residential Services and QIDP Supervisor prior to joining CBS. Morgan is responsible for ensuring the continual improvement of our services through the survey process, policy/procedure, and internal controls.
