Our Day Services are designed to support adults in reaching for their dreams and personal goals. Site-based Group Day Habilitation for adults provides innovative spaces designed for fun and learning with friends and supportive staff. Community-focused Day Habilitation Without Walls supports adults in living full and enriched lives by building bridges to the people and places in their local communities. 

CBS’s At Home Services, including Community Habilitation provides support in your home. A specially trained staff member will work with adults on social and behavioral skills enabling access to the community and building of relationships.
