At Hudson Valley InterArts, we are privileged to witness incredible stories of resilience, creativity, and self-empowerment every day. One of those stories belongs to Anastasia, whose journey is nothing short of inspiring:
"I was born with a disability. It took me quite some time to understand this. As I grew older, I accepted it and learned that I am a human being just like everyone else—a complete human being just like everyone else. The more you accept this, the more inspiration you draw from those who accept and celebrate you. My closest friends have encouraged me to write a book about my own self-empowerment. My book, entitled ‘Live Your Life Because It’s Golden,’ is now in the process of being published."
