Transition and Resource Planning Fair at Rhinebeck High School
In addition, CBS will host a Transition and Resource Planning Fair at Rhinebeck High School, offering a chance for families, students, and school administrators to discover opportunities and resources related to OPWDD, care coordination, day programs, recreation, and more.
