Students and families are invited to join us at the Putnam Transition Consortium, where the CBS team will be on hand as a vendor. Explore a wide range of resources for students with special needs and their families.
Transition and Resource Planning Fair at Rhinebeck High School
In addition, CBS will host a Transition and Resource Planning Fair at Rhinebeck High School, offering a chance for families, students, and school administrators to discover opportunities and resources related to OPWDD, care coordination, day programs, recreation, and more.
