Linda LeMoigne and Valeria Ortiz: CBS Employees of the Year 2023
commbasedsedev
In the vibrant tapestry of Community Based Services (CBS), there are stars that shine exceptionally brightly. Among them, two remarkable staff members have emerged as our Employees of the Year for 2023 – Linda LeMoigne, DSP at the Putnam WOW program and Valeria Ortiz in the residential program.
A Well-Deserved Honor
Linda and Valeria’s journey to this prestigious honor began with a secret ballot vote by our dedicated direct support staff from CBS programs. These votes were not just a reflection of their colleagues’ appreciation but a testament to their unwavering commitment to CBS’s mission.
Champions of Quality of Life
At the heart of CBS’s mission lies the commitment to enhance the quality of life for the people we support, those with autism and other disabilities. Linda and Valeria epitomize this commitment through their exceptional work in both the residential and day programs.
Joining the Ranks of Excellence
Linda and Valeria now join the esteemed ranks of previous Employees of the Year, each of whom has left an indelible mark on our organization. Their nominations shone a light on several outstanding qualities, including:
- Impeccable Attendance: Reliability is a cornerstone of their dedication.
- Creativity: They bring innovation and fresh perspectives to their roles.
- Compassion: A genuine care for others defines their interactions.
- Strong Work Ethic: Their commitment to excellence is unwavering.
“Please know that I, and so many others at CBS, including family members and the participants themselves, profoundly extend our gratitude for your efforts. CBS would not be able to provide such outstanding care and support without you. Our entire CBS community can’t thank you enough!”
