This year, the theme of DDAM is “A World of Opportunities,” a rallying cry for celebrating individuals and collectively dismantling obstacles. At CBS, we wholeheartedly embrace this theme, striving to build a community where everyone can flourish and succeed.
Our dedicated teams of direct support professionals (DSPs) and job coaches at CBS are committed to creating a world where people of all abilities have the chance to thrive. They work tirelessly to eliminate barriers and facilitate meaningful connections within the community. From assisting individuals in finding employment opportunities where they can apply their skills and earn income, to engaging in volunteer work and other enriching experiences, our DSPs empower those they support to lead fulfilling lives.
