CBS Expands Innovative Services to Capital Region

Community Based Services (CBS), a leading provider of support services for people with disabilities and autism, is proud to announce the expansion of its innovative services to the Capital Region of New York State. With a commitment to empowering people for over 40 years, CBS will now serve residents in the Capital Region alongside those throughout the Hudson Valley.
Recognizing the growing need for personalized, specialized support services in the Capital Region, CBS has extended its geographic reach to ensure that people in the area have access to the resources and compassionate care they deserve. CBS is now providing comprehensive support services, such as community habilitation, community prevocational services, respite, supported employment, and day habilitation in the following counties of the Capital Region:
– Saratoga
– Schenectady
– Rensselaer
– Albany
In addition, CBS has been supporting people in the following Lower and Mid-Hudson Valley:
– Ulster
– Sullivan
– Dutchess
– Orange
– Putnam
– Westchester
– Rockland

CBS offers a wide range of services designed to meet the unique and changing needs and goals of individuals with disabilities and autism. From tailored support plans that may include at home and community services, to work skill development at our social enterprise Good Reasons Dog Treat bakery or agricultural skill development on our Cultivating Dreams Farm, to community connections through the arts at Hudson Valley InterArts Center, CBS is dedicated to ensuring that every individual receives the highest quality of care.
